Education / Training

Education and training are essential components of IRPOC, focusing on personal and professional development and societal advancement. Educational activities through training aim to raise social awareness, particularly regarding negative phenomena related to organized crime.

Research and analysis

Research and analysis involve collecting, evaluating, and interpreting data to draw reliable conclusions on specific issues. IRPOC’s research is the process of finding new information or verifying existing information about negative phenomena, while analysis involves a detailed examination of data to derive facts and arguments. IRPOC prepares reports reflecting the real state of crime in the country on one side and the work of state institutions to prevent and combat these negative phenomena on the other. In the modern era, research and analysis have taken new dimensions due to technological advancements.

Gender equality

Gender equality is another activity within IRPOC that requires attention and dedication. This activity is closely related to training and educational programs aimed at raising awareness of society for gender non- discrimination. Gender equality is a global objective with challenges and successes varying across different cultures and countries. The fight for complete gender equality requires continuous effort and unwavering commitment from society as a whole. In this regard, IRPOC, with the help of donors through various projects, will advocate for gender equality, equal opportunities, education, and encouragement of awareness, equal access, measures to prevent and combat gender-based violence, including family violence and sexual abuse, etc.

Social development

Social development describes the progress of society as a whole, focusing on improving people’s well- being, reducing inequalities, and promoting social integrity and solidarity. IRPOC aims to address various needs of people and build a better world for everyone through different projects and collaboration with state institutions, international organizations, civil society etc.

Children's rights

Children’s rights are guaranteed by national and international legal acts, ensuring their protection and full development in physical, mental, moral, and social aspects. IRPOC aims to protect and empower children’s rights in various life aspects, including education, health, and social well-being. Regardless of race, language, gender, religious belief, ethnicity, economic status, etc., all children have the right to grow and be protected from all forms of crime. In continuation of these activities, IRPOC will also work towards addressing cases of children facing the justice system, including promoting their reintegration and resocialization to play a constructive role in society.
